Fate Mirror supports personal reflection and does not provide fortune-telling, psychic, divination, or spiritual outcome services.
1.Acceptance & Service Description
Fate Mirror provides a subscription-based digital self-reflection and journaling experience using symbolic cards, guided prompts, and AI-generated insights. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2.Eligibility and Account Responsibilities
Fate Mirror is intended for users aged 13 and older. Users under 18 should use the Service with appropriate parental or guardian guidance where required by applicable laws. Some features may require you to create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3.Mobile Alerts and Communications
If you opt in, we may send emails or SMS messages about your account, guided reflections, product updates, and offers. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time, but we may still send necessary account, billing, security, and service notices.
4.Intellectual Property and Limited License
All content, features, designs, text, graphics, logos, and software on Fate Mirror are owned by Fate Mirror or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
5.Acceptable Use and Platform Restrictions
You agree to use the Service lawfully and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others. You may not:
- Scrape, extract, or copy data or content from the Service.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access our source code.
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation.
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to harm others.
- Post or transmit content that is illegal, harassing, abusive, hateful, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
- Use the Service as a substitute for your own judgment or to seek guaranteed predictions, psychic claims, or spiritual outcomes.
6.User Content and Feedback
You may submit journal entries, reflection responses, notes, questions, or other content ("User Content"). You retain your rights to your content and grant Fate Mirror a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, reproduce, and display it only as needed to operate, secure, provide, and improve the Service. You are responsible for your User Content and must have the rights necessary to submit it.
7.Copyright Concerns
We respect intellectual property and ask that you do the same. If you believe content on Fate Mirror infringes your copyright, please contact us with the following information: (1) a description of the work, (2) where the material appears on the Service, (3) your contact information, (4) a statement of good faith belief that use is unauthorized, and (5) your signature or electronic signature. We will review and respond in accordance with applicable law.
8.Subscriptions, Billing, Cancellation & Refunds
Paid plans renew automatically at the displayed billing interval until canceled. To cancel, log in, open Account Settings, go to Subscription & Billing, and select Cancel Subscription. Cancellation stops future renewals, and paid access continues through the current billing period unless stated otherwise. Refund requests are reviewed case by case under our Refund Policy and applicable law. Payments are processed by third-party providers, including our Merchant of Record.
9.Termination and Suspension
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we believe may harm Fate Mirror, our users, or others. You may stop using the Service at any time.
10.Disclaimers and Limitation of Use
Fate Mirror provides symbolic card prompts, journaling tools, and AI-assisted reflection prompts for personal reflection and entertainment only. It does not provide fortune-telling, divination, psychic services, spiritual outcomes, or guaranteed predictions. The Service is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition and is not a substitute for professional, medical, legal, financial, or other advice. It is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fate Mirror is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11.Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Notice
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your dispute qualifies.
12.Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms and revise the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new Terms.
